Lost in Time Restorations invites classic car owners to join them in their new hot rod shop grand opening on May 14th, from 10 am- 6 pm. In addition, car shows, music, and food trucks will be available on site. They are giving 100 tickets available for download on their website https://lostintimerestorations.com.

Lost in Time Restorations provides free consultations. With 45 years of experience, owners Jim Purcell and Michael Purcell offer expertise to fully restore classic cars to their old glory and provide the specialized maintenance and repairs classic and vintage vehicles deserve. In addition, Michael Purcell is also part of the shop’s auto body expert team and provides exceptional quality metal works, body, and paint.

“We specialize in hot rods and classic cars restoration services,” said Jim Purcell. “Many of their restored cars have won awards in car shows and featured in magazines. Our mission is to keep the hot rods and classic motorsports alive for many generations.”

Lost in Time Restorations services includes a free consultation and project management from start to finish. The shop handles auto body, mechanical restorations, paint finishes, and sources parts nationwide to ensure that classic car parts are authentic and last longer. Lost in Time Restorations provides a free consultation, including an in-person assessment of the classic or vintage vehicle to detail the owner’s vision.

“During the consultation, we’ll talk about what you want to be accomplished with your restoration project, and together, we will determine the time and cost to get it done,” Jim Purcell said.

When client Mike Bjur purchased his 1967 Pontiac GTO, the former owner recommended Lost In Time Restorations, which had done past work on the vehicle. After a consultation and viewing the shop’s other completed projects, Bjur said Lost in Time Restorations was the best choice for his GTO restoration.

“The hardest part of any car build or resto is finding an honest, trustworthy, capable shop that won’t take your project and put it in body shop jail,” Bjur said. “I was impressed by their attention to detail, perfection, and passion for turning out the finest work possible.”

Lost in Time Restorations works on all makes and models, foreign and domestic. The new shop address is 24656 Highway 36 in Cheshire, and business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
