This shows 5,646 thefts of motor vehicle parts or accessories across Portland from Jan. 1, 2021, to Feb. 28, 2022. While no section of the city is free from the thefts, noticeable hotspots include the Buckman neighborhood near Southeast Belmont Street and 12th Avenue, the Hollywood District near Northeast Halsey and Sandy Boulevard, Hayden Island, Portland International Airport, Northwest Portland and the South Waterfront.
